How it works

A real conversation — only without the risk.

From the briefing to the evaluation, one run takes just a few minutes. Here's how it feels.

The flow

Six steps, one fluid conversation.

Choose a scenario
From the released set, the learner picks a scenario — e.g. "A complaint at reception after 11 pm".
Read the briefing
The situation, your role and what the other person really needs are explained concisely. Optionally as a training handout (PDF).
Speak — push-to-talk
The AI role opens with voice. The learner answers out loud; the transcript runs along live.
The AI reacts emotionally
Graded, not binary: with good conversation skills the other person opens up; with mistakes it visibly escalates.
Follow the mood live
A track from 0 (upset) to 100 (reconciled) shows in real time where the conversation is heading.
Scored feedback
After the conversation ends: overall score, mood curve and criteria with concrete pointers.

I've been standing here for twenty minutes — and my room has no working heating. In this weather!
Employee
I'm truly sorry you had to wait. I'll take care of it right away. May I have your name and room number?
AI · Guest
Schmidt, room 412. I just want to sleep now.
Employee
Completely understandable. I'll give you a heated room one floor up, ready to move into right now. We'll bring your luggage along.

Guided practice, visible progress.

Two features that extend rederaum from a single practice conversation into continuous skill development.

Progress tracking across scenarios & users

Training progress becomes measurable: per employee, per scenario, over time. Instead of "attended", coaches and managers see where someone has genuinely improved — and where practice is still missing.

  • Score development per scenario over several attempts
  • Comparison at team and individual level — fair, same starting point
  • Weakest criteria automatically highlighted

How could this happen? You were supposed to be looking after my mother!
TipFeelings first, facts second. Name the daughter's worry before you explain what happened.
Employee
I can hear how much this frightened you. Let's go through together what happened and what we'll do now.

Conversation training with interactive tips

A discreet hint at the right moment: rederaum spots typical pitfalls and surfaces coaching tips directly within the conversation. So learning happens in the moment — not only in the evaluation.

  • Context-sensitive hints instead of rigid checklists
  • Optionally shown or hidden — including for free runs
  • Targeted practice on the weakest criteria

For coaches & managers

More practising, less marking.

rederaum takes over the repetition and the fair assessment. Practice happens outside lesson and shift time — so the valuable time together is reserved for what only people can do.

No marking workload

Every conversation is assessed automatically and against the same criteria.

Practice around the clock

Not trapped in the timetable — learners practise whenever it suits.

Same starting point

Everyone starts in the same scenario — progress becomes comparable.

Best experienced first-hand.

In 30 minutes we'll show you the whole flow — on your scenarios.
