What is rederaum?
rederaum is an AI conversation trainer for care and hospitality. Learners hold spoken training dialogues with an AI role that reacts emotionally and dynamically, and afterwards they receive automatically scored feedback with strengths and points to improve.
Which industries is rederaum made for?
The focus is on
care (schools, facilities, providers) and
hospitality (hotels, hotel schools). The scenarios come from the real everyday situations of these fields; further industry packs will follow.
How does a practice conversation work?
Choose a scenario → read the briefing → speak via push-to-talk. The AI role reacts emotionally, a mood track shows the development live, and at the end you get scored feedback. The whole flow is shown in
"How it works".
What do I need technically?
A current browser and a microphone. No installation, no prior knowledge — you can practise on a computer or on mobile, anytime and as often as needed.
What about data protection?
rederaum is GDPR-compliant. There is no permanent audio storage, and a data processing agreement (DPA) is available. Data protection is built in, not bolted on.
Are audio recordings stored?
Audio serves to run the conversation and is not retained permanently. The details are governed by the privacy policy and the DPA.
What does rederaum cost?
Usage-based via subscription + conversation points: one practice conversation including evaluation costs
2 conversation points, and a subscription tops up a monthly conversation point allowance. The conversation point price is cheapest within a subscription; one-off packs are available for peaks. Every new account receives 10 practice conversations (= 20 conversation points) free. The

Is the evaluation fair?
Every conversation is scored automatically against the same criteria defined per scenario — the same starting point for everyone, with no marking workload and independent of a coach's daily form.

Yes. Scenarios are modular
packs; you create your own scenarios to match your curriculum, standard or brand — we'll help you set them up on request.
